Get Fit For Free!

Now no one has the excuse not to exercise with the free fitness classes available in The Scoop at More London.
From 5 May to 25 Aug a varied programme of classes will take place every Wednesday morning from 7.30am–8.30am – the perfect way to get your gym routine out the way before work. Don’t be shy, classes support all levels and abilities so start beating the bulge now!
At the moment Get Fit For Free Yoga is the current class available until 25 Aug. Make sure you arrive at The Scoop at least ten minutes before the start of the class so that you can register and complete a health form. Be aware that you might be in a queue and classes are organised on a first come first served basis.
So if early morning relaxation sounds just what you need, yoga is exactly the spirtitual outlet to start the day with a clear head. Concentrating on fluidity and heat, continuity is used to support both. It is definitely a positive way to challenge yourself in the morning and will lead to an intense deepening of concentration and equilibrium.
The class is ideal for people who have enjoyed different styles of yoga on more than one occasion and have generally good flexibility. However just turn up and have a go either way, after all it’s free and there’s no harm in pushing yourself!
